ACE Series 3.0 Bi-LED Projectors
Developed by T4T over 18 months — 55W high beam, 45W low beam, running Osram 6000K pure white LEDs. H4 plug and play with no HID bulbs, ballasts, or adapters. The reflection bowl is engineered to create a hotspot 2–5 metres ahead of the vehicle for sharper foreground vision.
OEM-Spec Housings
Built on Depo housings made to OEM specifications — not cheap marketplace shells that yellow and peel within months. The foundation matters as much as what goes inside it.
Sealed for Australia
IP66 rated using OEM headlight butyl, IP68 M20 nylon breathers for heat management, and desiccant moisture absorption satchels. Built for creek crossings, corrugations, and coastal air.
Plug & Play Mains
The ACE projectors plug straight into your factory wiring — no light-bar harnesses required. Shroud and demon eye accessories splice into park lights and indicators, with instructions and support provided.
Professional Paintwork
Satin black and RGB galaxy coat finishes applied by Michael at Immersion Imaging, Geebung — decades of automotive paint experience behind every housing. Painting chrome properly is a craft, and it's why our paintwork doesn't peel.

Projector Shroud
The face of your headlight. Every shroud runs Chasing RGBW with sequential indicators and T4T's exclusive start-up sequence. Prefer the classic look? Set 6000K pure white with amber indicators in the app — or hardwire the built-in white override and forget it.
Housing Colour
Professionally painted by Michael at Immersion Imaging, Geebung — decades of experience painting automotive housings. Satin black is the classic blacked-out look. RGB Galaxy Coat adds a colour-shifting sparkle clear over the satin black. Factory chrome keeps the OEM finish.

App control: RGBW shrouds run on the LED LAMP app — automatic Bluetooth pairing, full chasing mode library, and solid colour control. Demon eyes run on the LED BLE app. Both can be set to solid colours, 6000K pure white, or switched off entirely — colours when you want them, clean white when you don't. A hardwired pure-white override is also built into every shroud harness for set-and-forget white DRL operation.

The honeycomb centre of your projector runs its own full RGB control — pre-programmed functions, solid colours, pure white, or off. Independent from the shrouds, so you can mix and match looks.
Simple setup: scan the QR code on the control box, park lights on, open the app — pairing is automatic. Full 2026 instructions ship with every set. Want zero apps? The hardwired pure-white override wire runs your shrouds as a clean 6000K DRL permanently — set and forget.

IP68 Nylon Breathers
M20 breathers exchange hot internal air with cooler outside air — dissipating projector heat while blocking moisture ingress completely.
OEM Butyl Sealing
The same watertight butyl sealant used in factory headlights — applied on every join, with proper rubber boots at factory cable exit points.
