Tech4tourers

Tech4tourers (T4T) is a small, locally owned and operated business based in QLD, Australia that is devoted and driven to provide Premium Quality 4wd Accessories which will have you leaving the rest for dead. We have been in business since September of 2021, but have been in the Industry as a passionate "tourer" for over a decade!! All this to say our gear will not disappoint. 

In this day and age, the market is constantly being flooded with poor excuses for 4WD accessories. Our values align with quality and performance, not cheap and nasty! Meaning all our products have been tried, tested and developed here in Australia with an emphasis on separating our products from the rest. 

How do we do this, you may ask? A simple example could be the genuine Twill woven carbon fibre used on our steering wheels instead of the cheaper, tackier Vinyl counterfeit option most, if not all, other offerings have. Another example may be the fact that all our lights are professionally painted by Immersion Imaging in QLD, or that we use DEPO or TYC headlights, which are the highest quality available on the market. Cheap offerings such as Chinese housings will yellow and fail within 6 months. How do we know? We've tested them!

Shipping

Tech4tourers currently only supplies to the Australian Market.

Due to high demand, we are currently operating on a 2–8 week lead time from the date of your order until your lights are built.

All lights are handcrafted in Brisbane, QLD, Australia, with shipping times typically ranging between 1–5 business days.

Please know that we’re always working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible!

For all orders other than complete headlights, the shipping timeframe is 2–5 business days with same-day or next-day fulfillment.

Some items may occasionally be placed on back order, resulting in longer wait times.

If your order hasn’t shipped within 2–3 business days, please reach out via our online chat or email us at info@tech4tourers.com.au for an update.

Order tracking emails are automatically sent by our website provider, so they are always issued once your order ships.

If you haven’t received one, please check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders.

If it’s still not there, your order may not have been shipped yet. Rest assured — we’re always working hard to get your order out as soon as possible, so please hold tight!

Info about my order

“Awaiting Fulfillment” means your order is currently being processed, prepared, or built for shipment.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information.

Please note: Headlight build times are typically 2–8 weeks.

If your lights are still within this timeframe, we kindly ask for your patience — updates are not provided during the build process, as natural variations can occur.

Order confirmation emails are an automated function fulfilled by our website provider, meaning the emails are always sent. Why haven't I received one? If you haven't received an email chances are you are looking in the wrong place, please check (Junk,Spam, Promotion) folders when searching for the email. Failing this ensure your email is correct. 

Warranty

Yes, Tech4tourers offers a manufacturer warranty on products store wide. In most circumstances we will not require the product to be shipped back but instead will need sufficient evidence by way of photos and videos. 

As stated above Tech4tourers offers a limited Manufacturer warranty on products storewide. Below is a list of examples which will not be covered:

- Damaged caused by negligence during installation or use 

- Wear and tear beyond the scope of normal amounts 

In order to submit a warranty claim please follow the following process. Email - Tech4tourers@gmail.com

Subject - Warranty (Order Number)

Text - Please describe the issue in full, any and all detail will help. We will also require sufficient photos and or videos.

After sending the email we will work with you to solve the issue ASAP.

Headlights

Due to high demand, we are currently operating on a 2–8 week lead time from the date of your order until your lights are built.

All lights are handmade in Brisbane, QLD, Australia, with shipping times typically ranging between 2–6 business days.

Please know that we’re always working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible!

The standard headlight functions (low and high beam) are completely plug and play. The shroud colour features require basic wiring. The included controller connects to an indicator feed, power, and ground, with all wiring details clearly outlined in the supplied instructions.

Yes, once the headlights are fitted and wired the last piece to the puzzle is adjusting the light beam. This can be done using the two 8mm Bolt heads located on the back side of the headlight.

The easiest way to achieve the correct adjustment is to park facing a straight concrete wall and slowly adjust the bolts on the back until the light output is level and the beam is pointing straight.

*Please note that this process can be fine-tuned over a couple attempts after driving during the night and gauging if adjustments may be necessary*.

Our lights are sealed to factory specifications, with all potential entry points such as the cable exit fully silicone sealed for extra protection.

As of the 22/08/23 all headlights will have a 18 Month Warranty period. 

During this period if any issues occur simply send an email to info@tech4tourers.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue for you. We will require a detailed description of the issue and photos or videos to support the case. Please understand we are a small Australian owned and operated business who cares and truly values our customers so we will never fail to assist should it be required.     

If the warranty claim requires the product to be returned via shipping then the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs until the claim has been finalised. At this point we will determine if the warranty is covered and in doing so determine if you will be reimbursed for the shipping fees.  

In line with our Terms and Conditions Tech4tourers will not warrant any products that have been perceived to be faulty upon arrival (unless damaged during shipping). By purchasing and agreeing to the TS&cs you've acknowledged that all products are tested prior to being fulfilled and shipped, therefore if products have failed within installation its due to your own negligence.
