Open Your Housings
Heat your factory headlights at 80–100°C for 8–10 minutes to soften the sealant, then carefully separate the lens from the housing.

Prep & Paint
Scuff the chrome bezels, prime, and paint your chosen finish. This is where your build becomes yours — take your time here.
03
Fit The Projectors
Mount the ACE projectors through the factory bucket, square them to the housing, and lock them down. Vice grips and patience.
04
Seal It Back Up
Lay the supplied OEM butyl in the factory channel, reheat, mate the lens to the housing, clamp, and seal the rear cable exits.

Wire Three Wires
Yellow to your indicators, red to ignition or park lights, black to ground. Fuse the positives, swap high/low fuses to 7-amp, done.
06
Pair, Program, Aim
Scan the QR, apps pair automatically, set your animations and colours. Aim the beam with the two 8mm adjusters against a flat wall.

Simplistic wiring: Our kit uses a 1N1 adaptor which connects straight to your factory H4 style plug and goes directly to the projector. This is unique to our kit as most others on the market feature a 2N1 adaptor. This requires an extra relay, battery power & ground plus running multiple wires across the front of your vehicle.
Superior waterproofing: After spending hours building your own custom headlights the last thing you need is for water to work its way in. Our kits contain an extra waterproofing rubber boot for the back of your headlight. This allows you to properly seal the light while also maintaining a factory location for the cables to exit.

The Tech4tourers retrofit kit utilises a Bi-xenon H4 3" honeycomb Projector. This means you will retain the High & Low beam functions of a normal headlight. Our kit has been specifically designed to mimic the performance of a modern-day Projector headlight and match if not better the light output. This has been achieved by premium 55w 5500k HID Xenon bulbs which offer a clean white light unmatched by LED Competitors. By pairing our Bi-xenon Projectors with these specific bulbs we have produced a 50% brighter and 20% wider light output.
