📦 Shipping Information

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in Brisbane, Australia.
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM AEST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or outside business hours will be dispatched the next business day.

Public Holiday & Weekend Orders
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be fulfilled and shipped the next available business day.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.

Rural Shipping Fees
For orders shipped to rural or split zones (as defined by the Department of Agriculture), an additional fee may apply to cover extended delivery costs.
We cover the first $55 of shipping; any excess will be invoiced to the customer. We’ll contact you via email or phone if this applies to your order.

International Shipping
