Based in Brisbane, we’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on team member to help us deliver the quality we’re known for.

The Role

We’re looking for a Workshop & Fulfilment Assistant to join our growing small business. You’ll be responsible for assembling custom headlights, preparing and packing orders, and ensuring every Tech4Tourers product that leaves our workshop meets our industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       Assemble and prepare custom headlight builds, including disassembly, retrofitting new components, sealing, and final assembly (training provided) — a key part of the Tech4Tourers production process.

·       Assemble head units (fit screen to frame and attach wiring).

·       Print and pack customer orders with precision and attention to presentation.

·       Unpack, label, and organise incoming stock.

·       Maintain workshop organisation and cleanliness at all times.

·       Assist with product testing, quality control, and light manufacturing tasks.

·       Support shipping operations and warehouse workflow as needed.

Skills & Experience

·       Experience in a workshop, warehouse, or assembly role – preferred.

·       Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship – required.

·       Confident using basic tools and safe workshop practices – required.

·       Reliable, punctual, and motivated attitude – required.

·       Physically capable of handling light lifting and repetitive tasks – required.

·       Interest in 4WDs or automotive products – preferred.
