Refund/Return Policy

Tech4tourers is built around innovating 12v components that work to improve your 4WD's usability. Customer satisfaction is of great concern to the team behind tech4tourers and for this reason the following return policy has been developed. 

Faulty product or Damage to product within the shipping period:

All products which are classified as defective upon delivery or damaged within the shipping period can be returned and if defective replaced. If this is the case please email tech4tourers@gmail.com and specify 'Faulty Product' in the subject of the email. Once the email is received by staff, we will endeavour to resolve the issue in a timely manner for your convenience.

Please consider the following:

  • Tech4tourers does not offer a 'change of mind' refund. Once an order is placed, the order will be filled and then shipped.
  • If you must have a change of mind classified Refund please contact us via email and we can discuss the matter. If the product or products is not returned in the same condition as shipped charges may apply.These can vary from 5-50% of the product price depending on the condition of the product when it is back in our possession. 
  • Tech4tourers will not be responsible for any damage caused from negligence when installing and using products.
