Step One: Located factory Park light bulbs and remove the factory bulb

Step Two: Install New RGB Bulb 

Step Three: Turn on the park lights and off you go.  

If lights are not turning on pull them out rotate 180 degrees and reinstall (Lights are polarity sensitive)
